Website Accessibility Statement
Mountain Recreation is committed to making its information and communication technologies accessible to all. Meeting accessibility standards is an ongoing process and Mountain Recreation will continue to work toward increasing the accessibility of our site.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.
Mountain Rec is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Third-Party Sites
Throughout this website, Mountain Recreation makes use of various third-party websites, which are not controlled by Mountain Rec. Mountain Rec cannot guarantee that the third-party website will be in compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA or comply with the accessibility requirements set forth by applicable law.
