    Learn to workout with a friend, a significant other, or meet new friends on the same fitness journey and save big!

    Tell us about your fitness goals and we will group you with community members looking to target the same fitness disciplines such as: cardio, strength, and more.

    Our trainers will help you get started by introducing you to gym equipment, exercise routines, and set up a customized plan that fits your goals and schedule.

  • Nutrition Coaching RatesOne on One Session with a Certified Nutrition Coach

    Our Nutrition Coach is a firm believer that there can be a balance between feeling good about yourself and still enjoying what you eat. Sign up for one-on-one sessions with our National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coach for support through the journey of overall wellness. Sessions will cover topics such as:

      • Burning fat, gaining muscle, and athletic optimization through nutrition
      • Finding macro and micro nutrient needs and how to adhere to that diet
      • Tips, tricks, and guides to healthy eating
      • How to avoid setbacks in a diet

  • Wellness Workshops
    • Monthly Yoga with Bolsters
      • Explore a variety of ways to use a bolster. This isn’t your typical restorative yoga class, instead, you’ll use a bolster within your dynamic yoga practice to strengthen deep postural muscles and develop flexibility. Well-suited for beginner to advanced yogis, this class is slow in pace but will get the internal fire burning. ($15/person/session)

    • Summer Acro Yoga
      • Try this Level 1 Acro Yoga practice for beginners even if you’ve never tried this before or you’re just curious. You’ll learn that being able to trust your partner as well as being trusted, are essential elements in taking your practice to the next level. ($15/person/session)

  • Teen Fitness
    • Teen Strength and Conditioning Workshop
      • This workshop is designed to give youth a general understanding of all different types of fitness exercises and equipment. Participants will learn about different strength and conditioning philosophies. Our instructor, Kylan, will teach about a wide variety of machine and free-weight exercises, how to perform those exercises safely and effectively, and why specific exercises are best for meeting certain goals.
          • 4-day workshop, 1.5 hr/day for 2 weeks
          • Free guest pass for completion
          • Session 1: June 6-9 and June 13-16 4:30pm-6pm
          • Session 2: July 5-8 and July 12-15 9am-10:30am
          • Ages: 13-18
