  • Nutrition Coaching RatesOne on One Session with a Certified Nutrition Coach

    Our Nutrition Coach is a firm believer that there can be a balance between feeling good about yourself and still enjoying what you eat. Sign up for one-on-one sessions with our National Association of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coach for support through the journey of overall wellness. Sessions will cover topics such as:

      • Burning fat, gaining muscle, and athletic optimization through nutrition
      • Finding macro and micro nutrient needs and how to adhere to that diet
      • Tips, tricks, and guides to healthy eating
      • How to avoid setbacks in a diet

  • Tai Chi Fit

    Heads up that on Tuesday, October 11th, we will be introducing a brand new regularly scheduled fitness class called Tai Chi Fit! This class will occur on Tuesdays at 8am. Tai Chi Fit improves balance, develops better body mechanics for everyday life, increases energy, and increases stamina. The classes begin with a warm up and continues through Qigong exercises followed by several movements that are inspired by Yang style Tai Chi.

  • Wellness WorkshopsBeginning Tai Chi Workshop

    Join us to explore the fundamentals of Yang style Tai Chi. Learn the slow, soft, gentle movements of Tai Chi that develop mindfulness, balance, relaxation, alignment, flexibility, strength, coordination, stability, and awareness. Learn Tai Chi applications, explore body mechanics, and learn how Tai Chi is a sophisticated martial art. Each session lasts one hour.

    Dates: Mondays, October 10-November 14

    Price: $100 for all six weeks
