Birthday Parties

Community Room Rental | $35/hour

• 1-hour time blocks
  • Small Community Room – $35/hour
• Any rental in the Community Room involving food and beverages requires a $250 refundable deposit
  • Deposits may be used for repairing damage or for professional cleaning services as determined necessary by Mountain Recreation following the event.

E-Sports Party – $199 (members) $225 (non-members)

Esports parties include 1.5 hours in the Esports Lounge and the last 30 minutes in a reserved party room. The Esports Lounge has four 55in tvs with two Xbox Series S, one Xbox Series X, and three Nintendo Switch Consoles.

Available Games: Fortnite, FIFA 23, Mario Cart 8, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Madden 23. Console availability subject to desired game.

(For ages 7+) 

Package Includes: 

• • Esports program instructor who is there to supervise the Lounge for the 1.5 hrs
  • Reserved Room: Great for snacks and drinks
  • Participants: Esports parties can accommodate up to 12 max
  • Available games subject to ESRB rating, games require parent approval
  • Participants are welcome to bring in consoles/games at their own risk

Gymnastics Party | $199 Member OR $225 Non-Member

• 2 hour event  (1.5 hours in activity, .5 hour in party room)
• Up to 15 guests, adults included if participating in activity

Trampolines Party – $225
Anti-Gravity Center party includes 1.5 hours on our trampolines with a party room included for the full 2 hours. The AGC center has two fly beds with a foam pit and three tumble tramps. All participants must sign-in prior to participation of activities.(All participants must be over the age of 5 to use the trampolines). A supervisor is also scheduled to supervise the trampolines during the 1.5hrs.

Sports Party (Turf Field or sport court) $125
Sport court or Turf birthday party includes one of these areas for 2 hours plus the birthday party room. This does not include both areas (sport court or turf) and would need to rent out the other area if you want both.

  • Participants: Maximum of 30 kids

Guidelines

Party Guidelines

• Helium balloons, confetti, glass, and alcohol are not permitted in the Edwards Field House
• Spectators are only allowed outside of the activity areas
• Any participants displaying inappropriate behavior will be removed from activity

Reservation Guidelines

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled event, or fees will be forfeited
• Fees must be paid at time of reservation

Birthday Party Information

• Birthday parties are available at the Gypsum Rec Center on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during normal business hours.
• Renters may come up to 30 minutes in advance to prep the birthday party room for their event.
• Renters are responsible for cleanup following the party and should be out of the room by the end of their rented time.
• Full payment is required to secure the reservation.
• Confetti, helium balloons, glass, and alcohol are not permitted.

Pool Party | $125

• 2 hour event  (2 hours in party room and pool)
• Up to 15 guests, adults included if swimming
• MUST have a 1:5 ratio of adults to children if kids are age 6 and under.

Gymnastics Party | $199 Member OR $225 Non-Member

• 2 hour event  (1.5 hours in activity, .5 hour in party room)
• Up to 15 guests, adults included if participating in activity

Sport Court Rental | $80/hour

• 1-hour time blocks
• Rental basketballs, volleyballs, and pickleball equipment is available
• Up to 15 guests ($3 for each additional guest)
• Can rent birthday party room for an additional $35/hour

Birthday Party Room Rental | $35/hour

• $35/hour if not purchasing Pool or Premium Activity Party

Eagle Ice Rink Birthday Party Information

• Basic ice skating party is $125 for up to 10 guests.
• Can have more than 10 guests- Extra charge per person is $5.
• Skate rentals are available for $4/pair.
• Can bring in food and drink- just no glass, alcohol or helium balloons.
• Decorated Party area is provided in the ice rink behind the bleachers. Parties are booked during public skating sessions- typically 2 hour session.

Private ice rentals are also available.

Party and rental cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the rental to receive a credit on your Mountain Rec account.

• Refunds will be applied as a credit to your household account. Household credits can be used to reschedule the rental or for any program or membership our district offers and must be used within one year of the issue date.
• There will be a $15 fee for all participant-initiated refunds.
• If Mountain Recreation cancels a party or rental due to unforeseen circumstances or facility risks, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another rental date.
• Renters removed from rental space due to disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.
• Special circumstances related to cancellation requests not specifically covered within this policy will be determined at the discretion of the supervisor overseeing the rental. (info can be found on MountainRec.org or on your receipt)
• Mountain Recreation reserves the right make necessary administrative modifications (i.e. hosts, location, cancellations, etc.). Changes will be promptly communicated to the email address provided with your registration.
