Birthday Parties

• Helium balloons, confetti, glass, and alcohol are not permitted in the Edwards Field House. Parties that bring in any of the above will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
• Spectators are only allowed outside of the activity areas; adults must stay off of the trampolines, bounce house, and any other activity area designated by staff.
• Any participants displaying inappropriate behavior will be removed from activity. Parties should be out of the reserved party room at the end of their rented time.
• No food or drinks allowed in the Gymnastics Center, turf/court space, or e-sports room.
• Any parties over the max number of participants will be charged an additional $150 and could be asked to stop party immediately.

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event, or fees will be forfeited.
• Fees must be paid at the time of reservation.

PARTY PACKAGES

Community Room Rental

• 1-hour time blocks
  • Small Community Room – $40/hour
  • Large Community Room – $65/hour
• Any rental in the Community Room(s) involving food and beverages requires a $250 refundable deposit.
  • Deposits may be used for repairing damage or for professional cleaning services as determined necessary by Mountain Recreation following the event.

Gymnastics & Bounce House ($225)

• Max: 18 participants
• A supervisor will be on-site for the duration of the 1.5-hour session for safety oversight.
• Reserved Room: Great for snacks and drinks.
• Participants: Must stay off the climbing ropes, gymnastics bars, beams, ninja cages, and large trampoline. Parents must stay off the trampolines, gymnastics bars, and climbing ropes.

Ninja & Trampoline  – 3 trampolines, foam pit, two 8×8 ninja cages ($225)

• Max: 18 participants
• A supervisor will be on-site for the duration of the 1.5-hour session for safety oversight.
• Reserved Room: Great for snacks and drinks.
• Participants: Must stay off the top of the ninja cages, no hanging on the walls or nets, no use of the bars or beams.

Esports Birthday Party ($225)

• Max: 12 participants
• A supervisor will be on-site for the duration of the 1.5-hour session for safety oversight.
• Reserved Room: Great for snacks and drinks.
• Available Games: Fortnite, FIFA 23, Mario Cart 8, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Madden 23 , Rocket League, NHL 23, F1 ’22, Dirt 5. Console availability subject to desired game.
• The Esports Lounge has four 55in TVs with two Xbox Series S, one Xbox Series X, and three Nintendo Switch Consoles (available only in tv docked mode).

Turf/Court Space Birthday Party ($125)

• Max: 30 participants
• Good for soccer, football, lacrosse, nerf, basketball, volleyball, or pickleball. Please specify turf area or sport court.
• Reserved Room: Great for snacks and drinks.

Birthday Party Information

• Birthday parties are available at the Gypsum Rec Center on Saturdays, and Sundays during normal business hours.
• Renters may come up to 30 minutes in advance to prep the birthday party room for their event.
• Renters are responsible for cleanup following the party and should be out of the room by the end of their rented time.
• Full payment is required to secure the reservation.
• Confetti, helium balloons, glass, and alcohol are not permitted.

Pool Party | $125

• 2 hour event  (2 hours in party room and pool)
• Up to 15 guests, adults included if swimming
• MUST have a 1:5 ratio of adults to children if kids are age 6 and under.

Gymnastics Party | $199 Member OR $225 Non-Member

• 2 hour event  (1.5 hours in activity, .5 hour in party room)
• Up to 15 guests, adults included if participating in activity
• For ages 7 and under only

Sport Court Rental | $80/hour

• 1-hour time blocks
• Rental basketballs, volleyballs, and pickleball equipment is available
• Up to 15 guests ($3 for each additional guest)
• Can rent birthday party room for an additional $35/hour

Birthday Party Room Rental | $40/hour

• 1-hour time blocks
• $35/hour if not purchasing Pool or Premium Activity Party

Community Room Rental | $65/hour

• 1-hour time blocks
  • Small Community Room – $40/hour
  • Medium Community Room – $55/hour
  • Large Community Room – $65/hour
• Any rental in the Community Room involving food and beverages requires a $250 refundable deposit

Eagle Ice Rink Birthday Party Information

• Basic ice skating party is $125 for up to 10 guests.
• Can have more than 10 guests- Extra charge per person is $5.
• Skate rentals are available for $4/pair.
• Can bring in food and drink- just no glass, alcohol or helium balloons.
• Decorated Party area is provided in the ice rink behind the bleachers. Parties are booked during public skating sessions- typically 2 hour session.

Private ice rentals are also available.

Eagle Pool Birthday Party Information

Host your next birthday party at the Eagle Pool and make it a day to remember!

Basic Pool Party Package – $135 (Includes admission for up to 10 guests, MAX- 25 Guests).

Additional guests are welcome at $5 per person.

Please note: All individuals entering the pool area are included in the party guest number and must pay admission.  Pool pass holders cannot use their passes for party admission.

Party Details:

• Parties are scheduled during public swimming hours and include a 2-hour session.
• A designated party area with tables and chairs will be reserved for your group.
• Outside food and beverages are permitted (Absolutely no glass or alcohol).
• For safety, large pool inflatables are not allowed.
• Be sure to review our pool rules for height/age requirements on pool features.

Safety comes first! In the event of lightning, thunder, or other severe weather, the pool will close, and we may need to delay or reschedule your party. If poor weather is anticipated, we’ll work with you in advance to make the best plan!

Party and rental cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the rental to receive a credit on your Mountain Rec account.

• Refunds will be applied as a credit to your household account. Household credits can be used to reschedule the rental or for any program or membership our district offers and must be used within one year of the issue date.
• There will be a $15 fee for all participant-initiated refunds.
• If Mountain Recreation cancels a party or rental due to unforeseen circumstances or facility risks, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another rental date.
• Renters removed from rental space due to disciplinary reasons will not receive a refund.
• Special circumstances related to cancellation requests not specifically covered within this policy will be determined at the discretion of the supervisor overseeing the rental. (info can be found on MountainRec.org or on your receipt)
• Mountain Recreation reserves the right make necessary administrative modifications (i.e. hosts, location, cancellations, etc.). Changes will be promptly communicated to the email address provided with your registration.
