2024 Opening Day
SATURDAY, JUNE 22ND | 9:30AM-1PM | EAGLE SPORTS COMPLEX
Opening Day presented by FirstBank is a fun, free, community-wide celebration to welcome summer. This day-long event showcases our youth baseball, softball, and t-ball teams while everyone enjoys a wide variety of activities and games—as well as free burgers and hot dogs on Mountain Rec! Many thanks to Town of Eagle, Will Comerford State Farm Insurance, and Town of Gypsum for their support.
Opening Day asks players to arrive from 8:45-9:15am to line up for the tunnel run, which will happen at 9:30am and will start with the t-ball teams. Games will begin at 10:30am.
- ActivitiesWe have an exciting day planned for players and non-players alike. On top of all the baseball, softball, and t-ball games, we’ll have bouncy houses, dunk tank, face painting, photobooth, local nonprofits, and free burgers and hot dogs on Mountain Rec!Mountain Rec will be joined by the following organizations, each offering their own special activity for kids and parents alike:
