Notice of Hearing on Proposed 2026 Budget

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED 2026 BUDGET OF Mountain Recreation Metropolitan DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Mountain Recreation Metro District for the ensuing year of 2026. Such proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at Gypsum Recreation Center on November 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. At such public hearing, the Board of Directors of the District may certify a property tax levy of approximately 3.65 mills.

A copy of the proposed 2026 budget is available for public inspection at the offices of Mountain Recreation Metropolitan District, located at 450 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, Colorado or by email request to kmurphy@mountainrec.org. Any interested elector within the District may, at any time prior to final adoption of the 2026 budget file or register any objections thereto.
