Refund Request of Duplicate Charges
If you have received duplicate charges:
Please fill out the below form completely. We are diligently processing refunds for duplicate charges on Tuesdays and Thursdays, please allow for 48-120 hours for refunds to register back onto your account.
It has recently come to our attention that due to an error from our registration software company, CivicRec, customers may have received duplicate charges while attempting to register online since December 2020. When submitting payment at checkout, if you receive a “Card Expired” or “Duplicate Charge” error, DO NOT attempt to resubmit payment. Please contact the appropriate staff member from our Meet The Team page or call our front desks so they can assist you with registration. CivicRec is aware of this issue and we’ll be in constant communication with them until it’s resolved.
