As of November 2019, we’re now offering an unlimited fitness class pass for just $50 a month. You can purchase yours when you come in for your first class by visiting the front desk.
We will be offering a variety of fitness classes for anyone 16 years old and up, all abilities welcome. Class schedules are released on a monthly basis on this page and at the front desk. You can purchase a punch card, unlimited monthly class pass or pay a $10 drop-in rate.

- Snow Sports Conditioning
Winter sport activities are just around the corner. Get ahead of the snow and prepare your body for life on the mountain this winter. Whether you are a snowboarder or skier this class will be for you. In this class you will work on core strengthening, balance & coordination, strength training and mobility & flexibility.
Take a break from the rigors of daily life and take time for yourself. In this yoga class expect a blend of traditional vinyasa (flow yoga) as well as restorative poses. This class will focus on the foundational yoga philosophies and incorporate pranayama (breath work) as well as asana (physical poses). Great for beginners and anyone looking to deepen their practice.
- Tai Chi
A practice of honoring yourself, your body and what it needs. We explore balance, comfort, agility, ease, efficiency, and movement that is natural and optimal. This class is both restorative and stimulating. We explore body alignment and keeping centered in stillness and in motion. This is a martial art as well as a self-care practice; both calming & powerful. The intent is to nourish and nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Students will learn to move using energy and breath, not only with muscles & strength. This is a practice of longevity. All levels welcome. Yang Style Tai Chi.
