An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until August 11, 2021

July 19-August 11 Mondays & Wednesdays (11am-12pm) This class is exclusively for teenagers, whether they are off-season athletes or just looking to lead a more healthy & happy lifestyle. Our instructor will help teens increase strength, speed, power, agility, and conditioning through age-appropriate weight training and conditioning exercises. The class will be led by one of our personal trainers, Jeff Cuno, who will build the foundations of proper technique and knowledge to help reach future fitness goals. Class is included…
